And I am coming back to this blog for teaching toddler ideas (esp. to implement some order to the day -- your Routines and Rhythms post is just wonderful)!Maiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17793019717019839622noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2916124174804593418.post-42273238562554020682011-01-21T11:29:48.679-05:002011-01-21T11:29:48.679-05:00My DH and I have been seriously talking about movi...My DH and I have been seriously talking about moving our TV out of the living room, it provides too much of a temptation. Also since DD5 knows how to work the remote I often turn off the switch on the extension.

Our TV is nothing fancy an old Panasonic ... and I have NO desire to upgrade to a big in your face flat scree ... rather spend $300 - $500 elsewhere.Alison @ Educational Creationshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00234732064081780652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2916124174804593418.post-43512325608409930342011-01-21T08:33:10.028-05:002011-01-21T08:33:10.028-05:00I, too, blogged for choice today. I can only pray that our voices will be heard and that God will soften and change the hearts of those who "choose" a culture of death.NCSuehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17617227847364562989noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2916124174804593418.post-38558538721743676292011-01-21T08:11:06.729-05:002011-01-21T08:11:06.729-05:00Thanks for stopping by my blog! I so enjoyed your snowy pictures... both indoors and out. :) You're right, each child is a gift, and we're so blessed to love the ones given to us.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2916124174804593418.post-9975851505732770882011-01-21T05:47:20.788-05:002011-01-21T05:47:20.788-05:00Neat post! I did not know about the 40 days vs.12...we also do not have a television in our living room, although we do we a big one in our family room. My hubby loves to watch sports and luckily, the boys have taken to watching it with him. It is working out okay though as he is teaching them a bit of math with learning about how points work in football...for touchdowns, field goals, extra points, etc.
Well, glad that you are able to focus in on family time for the Sabbath. We have been trying to do that as much as possible too. Have a happy weekend,
Colleen:)The Sunshine Crewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18192803776942631973noreply@blogger.com
